What we can help with

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If an entry describes a hotel inaccurately — a building has been renovated, a facility has closed, a detail was simply wrong — tell us what is wrong and, where you can, where the correct information comes from. We will amend the page.

We also read suggestions for hotels that belong in one of the four categories, notes from hotel staff who would like their own entry reviewed, and general questions about how the index is put together.

What we cannot help with

We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, and we have no access to any hotel's booking system, rates or availability. If your message is about a stay — booked, planned or disputed — the hotel's own reservations team is the only place it can be resolved. We are an editorial site with no commercial relationship to the properties described here.
